OUT OF STATE & THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING
Rapport offers White Glove Delivery service within the state of California. For all out of state purchases or purchases utilizing a third party shipping service, the following policies apply:
Rapport will not release any items unless Full Transport and optional Product Insurance is purchased.
Rapport is not responsible for damage caused during transportation. Any claims must be handled with carrier/shipper.
Rapport inspects all items being shipped by an outside courier. Notice of 4-5 business days is required before picking up. Please contact your Design Consultant or the Rapport Warehouse at 323.933.4242 to arrange a date.
